Word Choice
Word choice is very important in writing. The words that you choose to put into your story affects how the audience reacts. In A Tale Dark and Grimm, the word choice is used to keep the audience engaged in the story, as well as present the information in a clear way. In your writing, you want to make sure that you have clear word choice that also adds interest to the story that you are creating!

Sometimes writers are a bit too verbose (wordy) in their stories. They write way too much than necessary, making their writing a bit boring. Below are common phrases that are used. Your job is to say the exact same thing, but in only one or two words!
